Description
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Manager will enhance and maintain our client’s reporting, systems, and processes as they continue to scale and grow rapidly. Core responsibilities will include the management of the cost centre reporting, budgeting & forecasting processes for our client’s development platforms, preparing the monthly performance reporting pack, and business partnering the operations team to ensure performance of development platforms.
The successful candidate for this FP&A Manager role will also liaise with key stakeholders, improving financial reporting outputs and presenting performance reports, in order to support decision making across the business.
Skills
For this FP&A Manager role, you will need to be a qualified accountant with 3-7 years post-qualified experience and ideally with at least two years of in-house FP&A experience. The successful candidate will also have experience of working with large financial models, integrating and reports building, and analytical financial review. Excellent presentation skills and a demonstrable track record of working both independently and collaboratively are crucial. Direct experience of the renewable energy sector is preferred, but not essential.
