Private Equity Backed SaaS Group
Our client is looking to hire a high calibre qualified accountant to be a Finance Manager. The company, backed by a new private equity investor, was formed by the merger of two companies to offer a leading HR SaaS solution to their clients. Embarking on the beginning of a new investment period, the opportunity presents itself to join the company at the start of their growth journey going from c£10m EBITDA today to +£30m EBITDA over this investment cycle.
Description
This will be the vital layer that connects their operational finance functions (AR, AP, Credit Control) with their internal and external reporting requirements (Management Accounting, Statutory Accounting). A go-to person in the team for advice and support with problem solving, general accounting principles and technical accounting matters to support the Financial Controller with the overall running of our finance team. This is a core role in the finance team, overseeing a team of four.
Skills
Ideally, you will be qualified in an international accountancy firm and have made one move into the industry. Experience in a PE backed SaaS business would be their preferred choice but candidates without that specific experience will still be considered. Most of the team are fully remote, albeit a hybrid option is also available.
