The group now has combined revenues in excess of $1bn and EBITDA approaching $200m.
With a 10% market share globally, our client is one of the leaders in their field. With a highly successful buy and build strategy and an expectation of a significant fund raise in the short term, the business is growing profitably and has an exciting few years ahead as it helps to further consolidate the sector.
Description
As a direct result of this, the company is looking to hire a Group Treasurer in what will be a stand-alone role, working closely with the CFO and other members of the Board and the company’s advisors. The successful candidate will help create a best-in-class Group Treasury function role will implement the group’s capital management strategy to support growth and expansion. This will include managing banking relationships, actively managing cashflow across multiple international jurisdictions and creating a centre of excellence to support the treasury activities across the Group.
Skills
Candidates for this Group Treasurer role should have extensive experience in a senior treasury leadership role as well as managing large-scale global liquidity facilities and working capital improvements. Prior experience of identifying, assessing, and managing financial risks, including currency (settlement) and interest rate risks will be important. Ideally candidates will hold a Treasury or accounting qualification and be highly motivated and able to work towards tight deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
