Our client, a global fund administrator, is looking for a Temporary Fund Administrator for a 3-4 month assignment starting in the next week or two. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for all day-to-day administration for a portfolio of clients. Must have previous relevant experience and strong attention to detail.

Our client, a global fund administrator, is looking for a Temporary Fund Administrator for a 3-4 month assignment starting in the next week or two. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for all day-to-day administration for a portfolio of clients. Must have previous relevant experience and strong attention to detail.

Description

The responsibilities of the Temporary Fund Administrator include but are not limited to:

  • Effectively carry out company secretarial and administrative duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.

  • Proactively manage incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and escalating issues when necessary.

  • Organise and participate in client board meetings, documenting key actions, distributing minutes, and tracking follow-up activities.

  • Communicate with auditors, legal advisors, bankers, and other external stakeholders.

  • Complete all assigned works with accuracy and attention to detail.

Skills

The skills of the Temporary Fund Administrator include but are not limited to:

  • Strong academics and relevant qualifications, either studying towards CGI or equivalent.
  • Previous experience within fund administration.
  • Excellent communicator and listener.
  • Ability manage own workload and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and is proactive in their work.
