Description
We are specifically seeking to recruit ACAs with experience gained in M&A Advisory or Transaction Services at Analyst or Associate level. You will work closely with experienced Directors in what will be a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment and gain access to some of the most admired global companies in the Media and Entertainment sector. You will support on all aspects of the deal, whether buying, selling, fundraising or securitization and develop genuinely advisory relationships both pre and post deal.
Skills
This is an exciting opportunity for ACAs with 1-3 years Corporate Finance experience to join a small team of highly experienced investment bankers and will appeal to ACAs seeking to establish a career in corporate finance within the Media and Entertainment sector. Given the significant US deal exposure, you may be expected to work US hours at times and the company currently favours full time office working, allowing better communication and collaboration on deal activity. This will also allow exposure to senior MDs and the promotion of creative thinking in a collaborative environment.
