The business requires a high level of data analysis and commercial insight into the regular forecasting and budgeting process to help drive trading performance and increase profitability.  The role will be incredibly varied and will require candidates to be hands-on and a natural problem solver, who is willing to create commercial processes from scratch to improve performance and business partner key finance and non finance contacts within ther business. With exposure to the Group CFO and Managing Directors of the different business units, this role will require experience and gravitas to operate alongside senior stakeholders.

Skills

The ideal candidate for this Group Financial Planning & Analysis Manager role will be a graduate qualified accountant (ACA/CA/CIMA or equivalent) with proven experience working in a best-in class FP&A function. In depth knowledge of modelling and forecasting is essential, as well as being able to think creatively and analytically. Prior experience of working in a PE backed business is preferable but not essential and candidates will ideally have experience of working with international business units, across multiple regions.
