Our client is a well established and thought leader in the global private markets industry with ambitious fund-raising plans. Due to expanding geographically as well as scaling their strategies, they are looking to expand their Investor Relations team and are seeking a mid-level Investor Relations professional to help with their capital raising efforts in London.
Description
The duties and responsibilities for this Vice President, Investor Relations role include but are not limited to everything related to fund-raising projects, which includes due diligence, strategic analysis and investor services. You will also work closely with investors to assess demand as well as participate in any events during the fund life cycle. You will also be responsible for ensuring internal decisions happen in a timely fashion by working closely with internal stakeholders at C-Suite.
Skills
Candidates for this Vice President, Investor Relations role will ideally have c. 5-7 years of relevant experience, from one of a combination of mid/large cap investment banking (M&A advisory or ECM) or a placement agent.
We are looking for candidates with strong project management and analytical skills and a strong understanding of the private equity business model and fund-raising process. Candidates will also be comfortable working under pressure within a high-paced environment.
