Our client is a PE-backed Technology company excelling in the world of Software/Technology. They are seeking a bright, motivated, and proactive individual to join their leadership support team, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff.
Description
Working as part of the leadership support team, the Strategic Projects Manager role is broad and includes, but is not limited to:
- Shaping and executing company-wide strategic initiatives in close partnership with the Chief of Staff and leadership team.
- Leading high-impact projects and driving cross-functional alignment through strong internal relationships.
- Supporting strategic decision-making through special projects and executive-level communications.
Skills
The skills and experience required for this Strategic Projects Manager role include, but are not limited to:
- 3–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or similarly rigorous, strategy-focused roles.
- Strong passion for software and technology, with proven analytical and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex projects end-to-end.
- Skilled in building and managing relationships across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
