Description
We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven qualified accountant to be Finance Manager. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and operations, supporting the ambitious sustainable growth and profitability of the organisation. Ensuring timely completion of the monthly accounting for the business as well as the creation of insightful financial and commercial performance reports on all aspects of the business, and that efficient financial control measures are in place to help achieve profitable growth.
Skills
We are looking for a qualified accountant who is energetic and, ideally, has experience of working in a scale-up organisation. The role would suit an individual who is determined to carve their own reputation within a business that has had 60-80% Year-on-Year growth, has the confidence to work independently, and who has very strong attention to detail. It would be ideal if you have worked in a manufacturing environment or understand supply chain finance.
