Description

Due to the continuing growth of the business, recent acquisitions and further envisaged corporate activity, to potential include an IPO in 2025, we are currently looking to strengthen the Central London Head Office team with the recruitment of a Senior Reporting Manager. This position would report into the Group Financial Controller, with regular exposure to the CFO and CEO in what is a small, high quality and entrepreneurial team. The primary focus will be in creating a best-in-class control environment and you can expect to be heavily involved in supporting the appointed consultants / advisers in helping with any listing process. You will work across international operations, working closely with the finance partners in the consolidated businesses, improving processes, assisting with acquisition accounting and working on any additional acquisitions. This role is an exceptional opportunity to join a high growth environment, gain senior exec-level exposure and play a key part in the journey to an IPO with a highly profitable business with strong cash flow.
