Our client is an established and fast-growing UK firm working across two key areas; advisory and investing. After a very successful first fund, they are now looking to raise their second fund to invest in mid-market founder-led companies and are looking to add a talented M&A professional to their London team.

Description

As an associate you will work on a range of transaction types across both an advisory and investment capacity. You will be part of a small but experienced team and your work will include a combination of deal execution, M&A and strategy. You will also work very closely with business owners and entrepreneurs from day one.

Skills

Candidates are likely to have at least 2 years’ relevant M&A experience from a highly regarded investment bank. Candidates will be able to demonstrate strong transaction experience as well as a strong desire to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial set-up with self-motivated and driven individuals.
